Kayak Rentals

Renting a kayak is a great way to get out on Joe Pool Lake. Kayaking is not only good exercise, but it is both fun and relaxing. There are a couple of good places to rent a kayak on Joe Pool Lake.

Live Adventure Kayak Rentals  (Currently Closed)

Located inside Cedar Hill State Park, Live Adventure Kayak Rentals rents both single and double kayaks. The current cost is $12 per hour for a single or $60 all day or $20 per hour for a double or $100 all day. The rental location is past the marina near the swim beach. There are plenty of signs inside the park to follow to help you find where to rent kayaks.

Loyd Park Kayak Rentals

Inside Loyd Park, you can rent kayaks or canoes. The current cost is half day kayak $30 or full day $45. Half day canoe is $40 and a full day is $80. You can paddle along the Walnut Creek Paddling Trail after renting your kayak or canoe in Loyd Park.

Either one you choose will be a great deal of fun.  Get out and enjoy Joe Pool Lake!
